Amy Cytron has been a noteworthy leader in the Jewish recruitment space for over fifteen years. Her life’s work has been in the Jewish non-profit area with NECHAMA-Jewish response to Disaster, Adath Jeshurun Congregation, Herzl Camp Association, and Alexander Muss High School in Israel. Most recently, she was the National Director of College Engagement with The Jewish National Fund USA. She led a team of regional recruiters who increased their Israel trip participation by 50% and college summit participation by 75%. Amy was the president of the Herzl Camp Association, leading the lay board to reach their 8 million dollar capital campaign goal in less than 16 months. She is very proud to have served as the steering committee chair to finish the rebuilding efforts. Amy deeply loves Israel and Zionism and is passionate about educating Gen Z about Israel’s facts. She and her husband live in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and have three daughters and two dogs.
